The company has a professional research institute, which is responsible for the company's chain manufacturing equipment and research and development of new products and new technology. College degree or above technical personnel are more than 200 people, among whom, 59 people with above intermediate title (21 senior engineers, 3 senior engineers, 24 engineers, 11 technicians), some have won the award of Zhenjiang City young and middle contributed expert and award of Zhenjiang City independent innovation outstanding talent. The company has a more comprehensive test, inspection equipment / facility and machining workshop. 90% of the company’s existing manufactured chain equipment / facilities were designed and manufactured by their own or jointly researched and developed with academic institution. The company has successively collaborated with 12 research institutions since 1990s. Since 2000, the company has conducted research and development of infinite long-distance link transportation device, five-length measurement, NDT tower, materials, heat treatment furnace and welding control system, and achieved certain results.
